abstract The present invention relates to a novel naphthalene derivative compound and a pharmaceutical composition for enhancing immune response comprising the same as an active ingredient. The naphthalene derivative compound, which is an active ingredient of the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention, enhances the processing of antigens in Antigen Presenting Cells (APCs) through the Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC). Surprisingly improves antigen presentation levels. Accordingly, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention significantly promotes the efficiency of the antigen-presenting cells in treating T-cells by treating external antigens that are harmful to the human body, thereby increasing the immune response mediated by T-cells to a very high level. It is expected to have an effect that can be augmented.
