abstract The present invention relates to a novel anhydrous crystalline docetaxel and a preparation method thereof. Anhydrous crystalline docetaxel according to the present invention contains a flexible material, in particular 7- epimer and 2'- epimer in less than 0.1% and 0.05%, respectively, and excellent chemical stability can be usefully used as a pharmaceutical composition for cancer treatment .
