abstract | In the present invention, radiation is provided which is provided with an electrode means for applying an electric field to a film serving as a light modulation element or the like and at least one layer of overcoating modified to improve adhesion to at least a part of the surface between the film. Optoelectronic devices, such as, for example, suspended particle devices (SPDs), which are suitable for controlling transmission, wherein the overcoat comprises (a) titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) alone, (b) SiO x and an inorganic material having a reflection coefficient of at least 1.54 at 589 nm. There is provided an optoelectronic device which is formed of a material comprising one selected from the group consisting of a mixture of two. |
