abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a high concentration recombinant protein under the conditions of inhibiting protease secretion, specifically, a plant suspension cell culture in which the secretion of cysteine proteinase secreted out of plant cells during culture of suspension cells of plants is suppressed. The present invention provides a method for producing a large amount of recombinant target protein by expressing a high level of foreign genes under conditions. More specifically, the secretion of cysteine proteinase into a recombinant vector expressing the ihpRNA of the cysteine proteinase gene, a host cell transformed with the recombinant vector, a plant cell transformed with the recombinant vector, and a suspension cell culture medium. And a method of increasing the production of a recombinant target protein by co-suspending the transformant of the transformed cell and the recombinant target protein.n n n The method of the present invention can be produced in large quantities by secreting biologically active recombinant target proteins out of plant cells at low cost.
