abstract | The present invention relates to a method of processing black sesame and processed black sesame and its use. In the present invention, there is provided a method of processing black sesame and the processed black sesame thus obtained, which comprises repeating the process of steaming black sesame for 15 to 40 minutes and then drying at least seven times. The processing method of the present invention is a method of obtaining a processed black sesame with excellent efficacy and no side effects, and thus the processed black sesame thus obtained can be easily consumed by anyone while showing the efficacy of the reinforced black sesame. The processed black sesame of the present invention can be used as a health functional food showing the efficacy of the black sesame. In particular, the processed black sesame according to the present invention clearly shows the efficacy associated with aging inhibition, such as gray hair, hair loss, skin improvement, among the various efficacy of the black seizure, it can be used for the prevention and improvement of gray hair and hair loss. |
