titleOfInvention | Transformant of Winter Umbrella Mushroom with Enhanced Lacase Activity |
abstract | The present invention relates to a transformant of winter umbrellas with enhanced laccase activity, and more specifically, lignin of winter umbrellas, which is a white fungus used for the biological degradation of lignin of wood and phthalates used as plastic plasticizers. The present invention relates to a transformant having increased expression of a degrading enzyme gene, a method for preparing the same, and a method for degrading lignin using the transformant.n n n Transformants of Polyporus brumalis of the present invention and a method for preparing the same are described for the function and degradation mechanism of enzymes involved in lignin degradation of white fungi, especially winter fungi, and the production of wood-based ethanol using white fungi. This study provides excellent strains and basic data that can be used for pretreatment and environmental hormone degradation techniques. |
