titleOfInvention Livestock feed, compost and biogas production pretreatment system of food waste
abstract The present invention is a system for producing feed and compost and biogas of livestock utilizing food waste. In more detail, it is a method to treat food waste in a short time and to feed it in large quantities, which is linked with production of livestock feed through the process of sorting, crushing, washing, heat sterilization, drying, solidification, and decay of food waste. It is characterized by producing farmhouse compost and biogas, which is renewable energy.n n n  Animal feed that has been processed through this process is of high quality and can be supplied to livestock farmers at low cost. Especially, since it is sterilized by heat and sterilization after cleaning, it is safe, well digested, reduces the amount of excretion of livestock, and has less odor. It can be used as feed for general livestock such as chickens and ducks, and is also easy to store. In addition, sludge generated during the pretreatment process to feed food waste and remaining waste water generated inevitably generated are circulated into an anaerobic decay tank and fermented to produce biogas. The produced biogas can be drastically reduced in costs due to the feed process by washing food wastes as fuels such as heat sterilization, drying and solidification. In addition, sludge, etc., decayed in an anaerobic decay tank can be reproduced as high-quality organic compost and sold outside the farmhouse with surplus biogas.n n n  The food waste through this pretreatment system is created by high value-added livestock feed, biogas, and compost. It does not affect the surrounding environment and can be called a future-oriented, environmentally friendly food waste multi-purpose treatment system.n n n n Food waste, food waste recycling, feed, compost, biogas
