abstract |
The solar cell disclosed includes a semiconductor thin film formed on a substrate, a transparent conductive film formed on a semiconductor thin film, and a nitride-based water diffusion preventing film covering an upper surface of the transparent conductive film. It is preferable that the moisture diffusion prevention film be composed of at least one of a silicon nitride film and a silicon nitride carbide film. |
