titleOfInvention Iron foam and its manufacturing method
abstract The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing iron foam, and to a method for manufacturing iron foam through the heat treatment by plating iron on the surface of the conductive porous body using electroplating.n n n The manufacturing method of the iron foam includes the steps of: i) preparing an organic porous body; ii) preparing a conductive porous body by depositing titanium (Ti) on the surface of the organic porous body; Iron containing Fe (FeCl 2 ยท 4H 2 O), at least one substance of malonic acid, ammonium chloride (NH 4 Cl), vanadium trichloride (VCl 3 ) is added, the pH is 0.5 to 2.5 Electroplating iron on the surface of the conductive porous body through an electroplating solution, and iii) heat-treating the iron-coated conductive porous body to remove the organic porous component.
