Manufacturing method of granulated material |
abstract |
There is a need to provide a method for producing granules that can maintain the stability of chemically labile materials in the neutral or acidic region for a long time in a simple and safe manner in the operation of formulations, and tablets made using the methods. The present invention provides an assembly method for continuously performing an aqueous stabilization treatment and an assembly operation on an unstable substance. In addition, after the intermediate layer was formed on the surface of the obtained particles, the particles were enteric coated to provide a tablet which is absorbed in the intestine without losing its effect in the stomach. |
