abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing a water-soluble polymer nanochitosan dispersion, and specifically, the polymer nanochitosan is dissolved in an aqueous solution by swelling the polymer nanochitosan in a low concentration of acid solution and treating the chitosan surface with a functional material having a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group. The present invention relates to a method of dispersing in a colloidal state without precipitation, wherein the polymer nanochitosan treated according to the present invention has water solubility to improve absorption in an animal or human body and to exist as a polymer, thereby enhancing the physiological activity of nanochitosan. It can be maximized.
