abstract |
PURPOSE: Dried food using fruits, vegetables and bulbs, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to secure the fermentation resistance of the food for preventing the changing in quality. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of died food using fruits, vegetables and bulbs comprises the following steps: cutting a raw material selected from the washed fruits, vegetables and bulbs(S2); drying the cut material to make the dryness moisture content into 0.5~50%(S3); crushing the dried material into 0.1~10 micrometers(S4); forming powder or a tablet out of the dried material(S5); and spraying an undiluted solution extracted from the fruits, vegetables and bulbs to the surface of the dried material, and secondly drying. |
