PURPOSE: An adhesive composition for laminating and a laminating method using thereof are provided to improve the adhesive force, the heat resistance, the water resistance, and the wet-proof property. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition for laminating contains the following: 100 parts of polymer resin by weight; 10~30 parts of alumino siloxane by weight; 10~20 parts of isobutyl acrylate by weight; 5~50 parts of adhesive strength reinforcing agent selected from the group consisting of a modified acrylic resin including a carboxyl group, modified polyvinyl acetate, modified ethylene-vinyl acetate, and a polyvinyl butyral resin; 1~50 parts of OH group containing polymer solution or emulsion by weight; 1~50 parts of methanol by weight; 1~50 parts of inorganic filler by weight; and 5~20 parts of phenol type epoxy hardener by weight. |
