A light emitting unit having improved color reproducibility and durability, a method of manufacturing the same, and a light source device including the light emitting unit are disclosed. The light emitting unit includes a light emitting device for generating light, and a light conversion layer including an additive disposed on the light emitting device and having an oxidation rate faster than that of the nanoparticles. Accordingly, the use of the nanoparticles improves color reproducibility, prevents the oxidation of the nanoparticles by oxygen trapped inside the light conversion layer, and accelerates the oxidation reaction by thermal energy and / or light energy applied from the outside. By preventing it, the durability of a light emitting unit can be improved. |
