titleOfInvention Cap sterilization cleaning method and apparatus
abstract In the chute cap cleaning sterilizer, the pressure applied to the synthetic resin cap in the chute is alleviated to prevent deformation of the cap, and the effect of hot water or sterile water injected from the upstream side on the hot water or sterile water downstream is determined. It should be small so that it can be sterilized and cleaned efficiently. The chute 5 has a rising gradient chute portion 7 and 9, and arranges a hot water pipe having a plurality of spray nozzles for spraying hot water as a sterilizing cleaning medium along the rising gradient chute portion, and is supplied to the rising gradient chute portion. The hot water is sprayed on the cap, and the cap 35 is applied to the cap 35 by the spray pressure of the hot water, and the cap is sterilized and cleaned by the sterilizing cleaning medium.
