The present invention provides antibodies or antibody fragments that specifically bind to interleukin-15 or tumor necrosis factor that are potent in treating autoimmune diseases. More specifically, the human interleukin-15 antibody or tumor necrosis factor antibody and fragments thereof of the present invention were obtained using phage display technology, and the human interleukin-15 antibody or tumor necrosis factor antibody and fragments thereof of the present invention are fully human antibodies. It is expected to be used as a medicament for treating inflammatory autoimmune diseases without immunogenicity. |
