abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a recombinant protein using a glutathione synthetase (GshB) as a fusion expression partner, and more specifically, 1) a gene of GshB, a fusion expression partner, and a foreign protein. Preparing a transformant by connecting the expression vector to a host cell; and 3) inducing expression of and obtaining a recombinant protein by culturing the transformant. It relates to a method for producing a recombinant protein comprising, and a recombinant protein produced by the method. GshB of the present invention is a protein in E. coli that can maintain its structural stability even under stress environment, and a method of preparing a recombinant protein using the gene of the protein as a fusion expression partner is a soluble and folded ( It can be usefully used for the production of medical and industrial proteins because it can maintain the structural stability of the protein of interest and express it with a high production yield by improving the folding ability. |
