The present invention relates to a method for producing a recombinant protein using bacterioferritin (Bfr) as a fusion expression partner, and more specifically, 1) a fusion expression partner (Bfr) and a foreign protein gene Preparing an expression vector, 2) preparing the transformant by introducing the expression vector into a host cell, and 3) inducing expression of and obtaining a recombinant protein by culturing the transformant. It relates to a method for producing a recombinant protein, and to a recombinant protein produced by the method. Bfr of the present invention is a protein in E. coli that can maintain its structural stability even in a stress environment, and a method of preparing a recombinant protein using the gene of the protein as a fusion expression partner is soluble and folding (folding) of the existing fusion expression partner. Improved ability to maintain the structural stability of the protein of interest and can be expressed in high production yield, it can be usefully used for the production of medical and industrial proteins. |
