According to the production method of the present invention, it is possible to prepare a liposome having high encapsulation efficiency of amphotericin B, and excellent stability of the active ingredient and formulation stability of liposomes. In addition, the preparation method of amphotericin B-containing liposomes according to the present invention can be made by a simple device because the process is very simplified, economical mass production is possible.
