abstract |
The data acquisition circuits 161 and 162 have a potential at one end of the signal line when one end of the current path of the driving element T3 is connected to the light emitting element with its other end set to a potential value without current flowing into the light emitting element 111. Set one of the value and the current value of the current flowing in it. The circuit then causes a current to flow through the current path and signal line, and obtains a current value flowing into the signal line and a potential value at one end of the signal line according to the set value. The correction operation circuit 132 obtains the threshold voltage and the current amplification factor of the driving element based on not only one of the set current value and the potential value, but also one of the obtained current value and the potential value. |
