The present invention relates to a method for extracting butyric acid by pressurizing carbon dioxide to a fermentation broth produced from a butyric acid producing strain, and more specifically, pressurized carbon dioxide to a butyrate salt bonded to a cation contained in a fermentation broth produced from a butyric acid producing strain The invention relates to a method for producing butyric acid, which is converted into butyric acid, which is easily extracted using solvent, and then extracted with an organic solvent. The present invention also relates to a method for producing butanol by reacting hydrogen with butyric acid extracted by the above method, and a method for preparing butanol by sequentially reacting butanol and hydrogen with the extracted butyric acid.n n n According to the present invention, the butyrate salt contained in the fermentation broth can be converted to butyric acid to significantly increase the solvent extraction efficiency of butyric acid from the fermentation broth. As a result, according to the present invention, since butyric acid can be produced efficiently and economically by biological methods, the price competitiveness of biobutanol produced by using biological and chemical methods sequentially can be fundamentally improved. |
