abstract | A cross-shaped magnetic bead sensing array device having various types of structures that can be used as a high sensitivity and high density magnetic biosensor is presented. Since the presented crisscross magnetic bead sensing array element can measure the output voltage in the vertical direction perpendicular to the direction of the applied current, the sensitivity is higher than that of the magnetic bead sensing element that measures the output voltage in the direction parallel to the applied current direction. The change in magnetic field can be measured. Therefore, a magnetic bead magnetic field sensing element having a high signal noise ratio is possible. In addition, since the cross-shaped magnetic bead sensing array device measures the voltage in the vertical direction, the magnetic beads can be magnetized by the applied current induced magnetic field generated by the applied current without applying the magnetic field from the outside. Since the magnetization field is sensitive to the vertical voltage, it is possible to implement a simple magnetic biosensor that does not require an external magnetic field. Accordingly, it is possible to manufacture a high density and high sensitivity magnetic biosensor using the cross-shaped magnetic bead sensing array element of the present invention. |
