titleOfInvention | New Amyloid Affinity Compounds |
abstract | (Problem) The present invention provides a compound effective as an imaging diagnostic probe targeting amyloid and a reagent for detecting amyloid deposited on biological tissue containing the compound. (Resolution) The amyloid detection reagent deposited on the compound represented by the following formula and a biological tissue comprising the compound. In formula, R < 1> , R < 2> , R < 3> is group selected from the group which consists of hydrogen, a hydroxyl group, a C1-C4 alkyl substituent, a C1-C4 alkoxy substituent, and a halogen substituent each independently ( Provided that at least two substituents of R 1 , R 2 , and R 3 are hydrogen.), R 4 is hydrogen, a hydroxyl group, an alkoxy substituent having 1 to 4 carbon atoms in the alkyl chain, and a halogen substituent The group selected, m is an integer of 1-4. Wherein at least one of R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 is a radioactive halogen substituent. |
