this. Method for the preparation of an immobilized recombinant penicillin acylase catalyst derived from Acromobacter sp. CMC 4824 expressed in E. coli LL 21 CCM 7394 and its use for the synthesis of beta-lactam antibiotics |
abstract |
The present invention provides a recombinant strain E. coli with the recombinant plasmid pKX1P1. Isolation of Penicillin Acylase (PA) from Achromobacter sp CCM 4824 Expressed in E. coli BL21 CCM 7394 and Processing of PA into Biocatalysts Useful for Industrial Synthesis of Antibiotics It starts. More specifically, the present invention relates to recombinant E. coli as a biocatalyst. For activated acyl donors (Dp-hydroxyphenylglycine methyl ester or amide for amoxicillin and cepadroxyl; catalyzed by PA derived from E. coli BL21 CCM 7394; for ampicillin and cephalexin D-phenylglycine methyl ester or amide) and nucleophiles (6-APA or 7-ADCA) initiate the synthesis of semi-synthetic β-lactam antibiotics. |
