abstract The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lab-on-a-chip and a capillary valve for a lab-on-a-chip in which a capillary valve is mounted, the lab-on-a-chip comprising a plurality of reaction chambers A reagent injecting unit injecting a reagent is formed in each of the plurality of reaction chambers, and a reagent injecting unit is injected into the plurality of reaction chambers to connect the reagent injecting unit to the microchannel through which the reagent flows. A capillary valve for blocking the flow of the microfluid is formed on the reagent injecting unit, Wherein the plurality of reaction chambers are capable of independently reacting or detecting according to the opening and closing of the capillary valve. According to the present invention, Detection can be maintained and the independence and efficiency of the reaction can be increased in the lab-on-a-chip.
