| abstract |
Provided is a multi-distribution feedback laser device. The laser device has an active layer disposed on a substrate of a first distributed feedback region, a modulation region and a second distributed feedback region, a first diffraction grating coupled with an active layer of a first distributed feedback region, and an active layer of a second distributed feedback region. And a second diffraction grating. The laser element also includes a first micro heater for supplying heat to the first diffraction grating, and a second micro heater for supplying heat to the second diffraction grating. The first micro heater and the second micro heater are controlled independently of each other. |
