abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal display device suitable for a thin film transistor using an oxide semiconductor.n n n In a liquid crystal display device having a thin film transistor including an oxide semiconductor layer, a film having a function of attenuating light intensity of visible light passing through at least an interlayer film covering the oxide semiconductor layer is used. As a film | membrane which has a function which attenuates the light intensity of the visible light which permeate | transmits, a colored layer can be used and a colored translucent resin layer may be used. A light shielding layer may also be used as an interlayer film including a colored light-transmissive resin layer and a light shielding layer, and a film having a function of attenuating the light intensity of visible light passing therethrough. The pixel electrode layer and the common electrode layer are formed in a shape having an opening pattern on the upper side, and a flat side is formed on the lower side. |
