abstract The present invention relates to an insulin secreting peptide conjugate and its use in which the insulin secreting peptide, the non-peptidyl polymer and the immunoglobulin Fc region are covalently linked to each other, thereby improving the sustainability and stability in vivo. Insulin secreted peptide conjugate of the present invention is relatively high in vivo activity of the peptide showing the physiological activity, blood half-life is significantly increased can be usefully used in the development of sustained formulation of various peptide drugs.
