abstract | The present invention comprises a first step of filtering foreign matter present in the livestock wastewater for smooth operation of the subsequent process and protection of the mechanical device; A second step of selecting and separating solid components remaining in the livestock wastewater; A third step of agglomerating particulate solid components not separated from the livestock wastewater; A fourth step of filtering the solid component agglomerated in the livestock waste water under pressure using a filtration membrane; A fifth step of storing solids of the solid component separated in the second and fourth steps; A fifth step of preparing the solid to compost; A sixth step of decomposing organic components and generating methane gas in a anaerobic state in which livestock wastewater from which solid components are removed is anaerobic; A seventh step of adjusting acidity of the livestock wastewater by injecting sodium hydroxide into the livestock wastewater from which methane gas is discharged; An eighth step of heating the livestock waste water of which the acidity is adjusted to a predetermined temperature in a heat exchanger; A ninth step of separating the heated livestock wastewater into a liquid consisting of wastewater and air and ammonia; A tenth step of purifying and discharging the separated liquid wastewater; And an eleventh step of preparing a liquid fertilizer by using the separated gas; . |
