abstract |
Core material containing methylphenidate; And a plurality of emission control particles including a release control polymer coating layer formed on the core material, wherein the plurality of release control particles are divided into two or more groups based on an average thickness of the release control polymer coating layer, respectively. The particle groups of the polymer composition of the polymer coating layer is the same, but the coating composition is characterized in that the controlled release thickness is different. The controlled release pharmaceutical composition can control the release pattern of methylphenidate contained in the core material as desired, and can be utilized in various forms of oral preparations such as fast disintegrating tablets. |
