abstract The present invention relates to chitosan coated nano liposomes containing vegetable sterols. The chitosan coated nano liposomes containing vegetable sterols according to the present invention have improved water solubility of vegetable sterols, thereby maximizing the cholesterol lowering action of vegetable sterols, thereby activating the drug activity. It can be usefully used as an ingredient, food additive and livestock feed.
