titleOfInvention New crystals of hydrochloric acid ((±) -2- (dimethylamino) -l-[[o- (m-methoxyphenethyl) phenoxy] methyl] ethylhydrogen succinate and contain this new crystal as an active ingredient Pharmaceutical composition
abstract The present invention provides novel Form IV crystals of ((±) -2- (dimethylamino) -1-[[o- (m-methoxyphenethyl) phenoxy] methyl] ethylhydrogen succinate hydrochloride. The new IV crystals obtained by the present invention are excellent in reproducibility and can be obtained in a simple manner with a simple operation. The IV crystals can be obtained in a high yield, and the crystals are well known in strong acid and alkali in aqueous solution. It has much better stability than type II, III crystals and is well suited for the formulation of solid preparations.
