The present invention relates to a new antifungal peptide gene, the antifungal peptide and derivatives thereof isolated from the larvae of Protaetia brevitarsis belonging to the coleoptera , which can be usefully used for the prevention and treatment of fungal diseases of humans and plants. The derivative of the antifungal peptide gene according to the present invention can be usefully used as an agent for preventing and treating fungal diseases of humans and plants. |
