| abstract |
The clapper 100 provides a moisture drain passage to prevent flooding of the buildings. The water blocking material 100 includes one plane portion for providing a drain surface for passing moisture along a plane defined by the plane portion. The planar portion includes one porous sheet 110 capable of passing water along the drainage surface.
