abstract | By matching the operating regions of the MOSFETs that contribute to the generation of reference voltages, a stable reference voltage is generated against variations in the manufacturing process. The reference voltage generator 1 includes a current mirror portion 2 for generating a current I P at the current output terminals P C1 to P C5 , and a drain terminal connected to the current output terminal P C2 . The source terminal is connected to ground, the gate terminal is connected to the reference voltage output terminal P OUT , and a current is generated at the drain terminal from the current output terminals P C3 to P C5 . The terminals are connected to each other, and a current is generated in the drain terminal from the combined voltage generator 8 and the current mirror 2 having two pairs of MOSFET pairs for generating a combined voltage having a positive temperature coefficient. It is provided with the MOSFET 9 which is connected to the input of the generation part 8, a source terminal is connected to the ground side, and a temperature coefficient produces a negative voltage. |
