titleOfInvention Method for preparing 60% or more of cis di (C4-C20) alkyl cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylate
abstract The present invention relates to a process for producing a di (C4-C20) alkyl cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylate having at least 60% cis structure exhibiting excellent plasticization properties for PVC resins. That is, the present invention has a cis structure of 60% or more by transesterifying dimethyl cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylate with a primary alcohol having 4 to 20 carbon atoms without using a phthalate or terephthalate aromatic ester derivative. A method for preparing di (C4-C20) alkyl cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylate is provided.n n n The method is characterized in that it comprises the process of removing the by-product methanol produced by the transesterification reaction and the re-introduction of the primary alcohol, di (C4-C20) alkyl cyclohexane-1,4 -The dicarboxylate contains more than 60% cis structure, so it has excellent plasticizing efficiency for PVC resin, fast absorption rate, product transparency after solidification and less leaching to the product surface even after long-term use. It has excellent characteristics as a plasticizer.n n n n Transesterification, di (C4-C20) alkyl cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylate, cis, trans, primary alcohol
