abstract | Disclosed is a method for producing mineral salts that can control the type and content of minerals using deep ocean water. The mineral salt manufacturing method includes the step of passing the deep sea water through the reverse osmosis apparatus to obtain a concentrated water containing an ionic component; Heating and concentrating 50 wt% to 90wt% (weight%) of the concentrated water to a specific gravity of 1.13 to 1.19 using a first concentrator and filtering to separate calcium salts including calcium carbonate crystals and to obtain a filtrate; Evaporating the filtrate through an evaporator to obtain mineral salts; Heating and concentrating the remaining 10 wt% to 50 wt% of the concentrated water to a specific gravity of 1.15 to 1.23 using a second concentrator, and separating the calcium salt including calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate crystals to obtain a filtrate; Using a third concentrator, heating and concentrating the filtrate from which the calcium salt is separated in the second concentrator so as to have a specific gravity of 1.27 to 1.38, followed by filtration to obtain brine and pure salt; And mixing and crystallizing the pure salt and the mineral salt in a mixing bath to obtain a mineral salt whose mineral content is controlled. |
