The present invention relates to a microorganism having an increased translation efficiency of a gene encoding phosphoibosylaminoimidazole succinocarboamide amide (Phosphoribosylaminoimidazole-succinocarboxamide synthase) and a method for producing inosine using the same. More specifically, the invention provides modifications to the codon usage around the starting codon or the Shine-Dalgarno sequence of genes encoding phosphoribosylaminoimidazolcinocinobosamide synthase. The present invention relates to a microorganism of the genus Inosine high-productivity Corynebacterium, which makes translation of the gene into amino acids efficient and stable, and a method of producing inosine using the same. |
