PURPOSE: A Y-branch pipe including synthetic resin for an air conditioner and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a leakage or damage due to notches by injection-molding a Y-branch pipe out of synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a Y-branch pipe including synthetic resin for an air conditioner is as follows. A copper pipe(200) is cut to the predetermined length. An uneven surface is formed on the outer surface of one end of the copper pipe. The copper pipes are seated within a mold(300) with an inlet pipe part and two outlet pipe parts to form a space(310). Core pins are inserted through the copper pipes and engaged with each other. A synthetic resin is injected in the space. The core pins are removed and finished products are separated from the mold. |
