CONSTITUTION: A nanoemulsion particle is prepared using lecithin and coenzyme Q-10 and collecting physically active ingredient inside. A cosmetic composition contains the nanoemulsion particle. The lecithin is single or mixture of lecithin having surfactant activity. The coenzyme Q-10 is denoted by chemical formula 1.
