titleOfInvention | Thermal catalyst liquid composition and its preparation method for improving thermal efficiency and saving fuel |
abstract | The present invention relates to a thermal catalyst composition and a method for producing the same for improving thermal efficiency and reducing fuel, and more particularly, paraffinic base oil, borax, calcium sulfonate, magnesium sulfonate, calcium phosphate, barium phosphate, calcium chloride, and magnesium chloride. And at least one corrosion inhibitor selected from the group consisting of a mixture thereof, polyisobutylene, polymethacrylate, ethylene propylene copolymer, styrene maleic ester copolymer, butadiene copolymer and mixtures thereof. At least one viscosity index improver, zinc-dithio phosphate antioxidant, polymethacrylate, alkyl succinimide, alkyl succinic acid esters and mixtures thereof, and a dispersant selected from the group consisting of A thermal catalyst liquid composition comprising a dimethyl polysiloxane antifoaming agent and a method for preparing the same A.n n n The thermal catalyst liquid composition has high thermal stability, oxidative stability, and low evaporation characteristics, and thus shows high thermal efficiency when used in various heating devices. Such a thermal catalyst liquid composition can effectively reduce energy in the high oil price era, and in particular, use of environmentally friendly electric energy can be used semi-permanently in a facility. |
