titleOfInvention Oily ink composition for whiteboard marker pen and manufacturing method thereof
abstract The present invention relates to an oil-based ink composition for a whiteboard marker pen and a method of manufacturing the same, wherein the color density is high and the writing film is dried like a rubber eraser to erase letters written on paper with excellent eraseability and dust generation. In addition, the present invention relates to an oil-based marker pen composition having high quality such that static electricity is not generated and no residue sticks to the plate or the eraser again, and writing marks do not penetrate the inside of the plate so that stains do not remain and are cleared. More specifically, the present invention relates to an oily ink composition for a whiteboard marker pen composed of a pigment, an alcohol solvent, a film forming resin, a thickening additive, and a plasticizer, wherein the thickening additive is (A) aliphatic ketonealdehyde. 0.4-0.8% by weight of concentrated resin, (B) 0.1-0.2% by weight of crosslinking poly N-vinylacetamide, an alcohol-soluble gelling agent, and (C) 0.1-0.2% by weight of a dibenzilidene sorbitol derivative, an alcohol-soluble gelling agent, The plasticizer is a non-environmental hormone plasticizer (1) 2- (2- (2- (2-ethylhexanoyloxy) ethoxy) ethoxy) ethyl 2-ethylhexanoate and 2- (2- ( A mixture of 2-phenylcarbonyloxyethoxy) ethoxy) ethyl 2-ethylhexanoate and 2- (2- (2-phenylcarbonyloxyethoxy) ethoxy) ethyl benzoate LGflex EBN.W), (2) 2-ethylhexanoic acid 2- [2- (2-ethylhexanoyloxy) -ethoxy] -ethylester and benzoic acid 2- [2- (2-ethylhexanoyl jade ) -Ethoxy] ethyl ester and mixture of benzoic acid 2- [2- (benzoyloxy) -ethoxy] -ethyl ester (LG Chemical Co., Ltd. LGflex EBNW) can be used alone or in combination. It is characterized by using the weight percent.
