The present invention relates to a fluorescent magnetic nanocomposite and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to include a fluorescent amphiphilic compound layer surrounding magnetic nanoparticles, wherein the amphipathic compound layer is bound to a tissue specific binding component. As a nanocomposite, a fluorescent magnetic nanocomposite having a target orientation, which is stable in aqueous solution, has excellent magnetic properties and high fluorescence, and can be used as a multimodal contrast agent composition by enabling targeting according to the tissue-specific binding component.
