titleOfInvention Light emitting diode using nano bar and manufacturing method thereof
abstract A light emitting diode using a nano-rod and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. According to one embodiment of the invention, the nanorods are first grown on a suitable growth substrate, then the growth substrate is removed and a transparent electrode is connected to the nanorods. Therefore, after forming the electrode on the substrate, it is possible to grow the nano bar more efficiently than when the nano bar is grown on the electrode. In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, by further disposing an auxiliary electrode having a pattern of a predetermined shape on the transparent electrode, it is possible to provide a light emitting diode having a good current diffusion characteristics.
