Biomarker Screening System |
abstract |
The present invention comprises the steps of: (i) comparing the gene expression list of cancer cells or dysplastic cells and non-converting cells in order to identify more genes present in non-converting cells; (ii) treating the cancer cells or dysplastic cells with a dimethylating agent and comparing the gene expression list of the cancer cells with the gene expression list of untreated cells to identify more genes present in the cells treated with the dimethylating agent. step; And (iii) identifying the gene identified in common in steps (i) and (ii) as a methylation marker gene, and screening a methylation marker gene capable of identifying cancer cells or dysplastic cells. |
