The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer containing an antibody against a peptide region encoded by Exon-17 of periostin. More specifically, a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer containing antiperiostin antibody which is specifically expressed in the epilepsy of tissue reconstruction including cancer tissue and recognizes the splicing variant of periostin having anti-cell adhesion. Or a method for diagnosing a cancer and a diagnostic drug using the antiperiostin antibody. |
