abstract | The present invention relates to a screening method of an anticancer substance and an anticancer agent screened by the method, and more particularly, to a cyclooxygenase-2 protein containing a p53-binding site (amino acids No. 1-126) in the presence of a test agent. Or contacting the fragment with a p53 having a DNA-binding domain, and then determining whether the interaction of the cyclooxygenase-2 with p53 is inhibited as compared to the control without the test agent. The present invention relates to a method for screening an anticancer agent that inhibits the interaction between -2 and p53, and the cancer prevention and treatment can be achieved by using the screened anticancer agent as an active ingredient. |
