abstract |
The present invention relates to a method of detecting a target material to a very small amount by immobilizing on the surface of the carbon nanotube after mixing the linker and the spacer in an appropriate ratio in the carbon nanotube-based biosensor. This method can detect specific substances down to the femtomol level, which can lower the detection limit of the existing carbon nanotube transistor sensor, so that even the smallest target substance can be detected and used as a medical disease diagnosis sensor or environmental sensor. This could be used as a breakthrough analysis method. |
