titleOfInvention Method for preparing reverse osmosis membrane and reverse osmosis membrane having excellent boron removal ability
abstract The present invention relates to a novel method for preparing a reverse osmosis membrane and a reverse osmosis membrane having excellent boron removal ability prepared therefrom.n n n In the preparation method of the present invention, a cross-linked polyamide layer is formed by interfacial polymerization by contacting a polyfunctional amine solution with a polyfunctional acid halogen compound solution on a microporous support, and immediately after the crosslinked polyamide layer is formed, the nitrogen-containing basic compound solution The immersion process may be performed to prepare a membrane having a high degree of crosslinking, at the same time neutralizing the surface charge of the membrane, and to prepare a reverse osmosis membrane having a high pore size of the membrane. Furthermore, the reverse osmosis membrane of the present invention densifies the surface charge of the membrane while preparing the membrane using a nitrogen-containing basic compound of low concentration, thereby densifying the surface structure, so that the permeate flow rate and salt removal rate required for the reverse osmosis membrane are optimized. While maintaining, it is particularly useful for removing boron that is not ionized under neutral conditions.
