titleOfInvention | Methods for Regulating Transcriptional Activity of Nuclear Receptor Proteins and Screening for Useful Materials |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for regulating the transcriptional activity of nuclear hormone receptors and screening for useful substances thereof, and more particularly, to play an important role in the differentiation of cancer cells, and to play an important role in the cell cycle of cancer cells. Screening for a series of compounds that modulate the activity of the retinoid X receptor a (RXRa) receptor and the replication factor C-3 (RFC3) in marine invertebrates to prevent the onset of cancer or to grow cancer cells. It can be usefully applied to the treatment of cancer by using a ligand or an antagonist or inhibitor of a specific nuclear receptor protein in the inhibitor and cancer cells. |
